Mencía from a single vineyard in Amandi, with old vine Garnacha Tintorera and a bit of godello.

These grapes are grown organically by biologist Carlos Carballeira on a tiny parcel perched on the steep granite slopes of the Cañon do Sil. The site is high enough to avoid excessive moisture from the river yet low enough with a southern exposure to allow the grapes to fully ripen.
